Dr. Elisa Rabinow is a licensed clinical psychologist who brings warmth, clinical expertise, and a flexible, evidence-based approach to her work with young adults, adults, and couples. Whether supporting individuals through life transitions or helping couples navigate the complexities of communication, intimacy, or co-parenting, she creates a space where insight and change can unfold.
Dr. Rabinow earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Binghamton University in New York and completed both her Master’s and Doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at Long Island University’s C.W. Post campus. Her doctoral training emphasized integrative work across the developmental spectrum, rooted in both Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
She went on to complete a post-doctoral fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where she deepened her expertise in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
